"Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. "Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. Car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants nearby but does offer on site parking for 2 cars. We had a wonderful...

Værten var meget flink og var god til at spørge, om alt var okay. Cons: Porten ud til vejen kunne med fordel udskiftes til en automatisk."

"Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

"We, a family of four with two teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are great for walking and the view from the restaurant, which is right around the corner, is amazing! The house is close to the road and one day there where a lot of motorcycles, but besides that it's a very quiet place, perfect for relaxing.
