Located on beautiful Lake Keowee in Seneca, South Carolina. This peaceful relaxing home is your ideal vacation getaway and just 30 feet from the water. Gentle sloping walk makes your trips to the waters edge easy.
If you choose to bring or rent (nearby) a boat or jet ski can easily tie up at our (private) Covered Dock and/or Beach Area, both great for swimming.
Grill out on the covered porch and dine comfortably there, or down at the picnic table under shady trees while enjoying the emerald green waters of Lake Keowee. Voted one of the cleanest lakes in the southeast.
Several Golf courses in the area as well as nice restaurants, cinemas and of course Clemson Tiger Football! Located just a short drive to breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The kitchen and dining room area are designed with an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed with convenience in mind and flows ever so easy into the living room area allowing all the family to be able to converse with each other whether you are in the dining room, kitchen or living room.
You will find the Large Covered Porch with Gas Grill, Table (seats 6), plus additional Chairs and side tables is a great place for family to hang out, play games and make wonderful memories while enjoying the lake.
Lake Keowee offers 18,500 acres of emerald green waters, and beautiful waterfalls. The most convenient boat ramp to load your boat is only a couple of miles from our home at High Falls County Park.
New for 2021: freshly re-painted interior of the entire house, new dishwasher, new washing machine & new cookware.
The home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Laundry Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Large Porch overlooking our Covered Dock and the Lake.
We have Internet, WiFi, Spectrum Cable, 4 Smart TV's.
NO SMOKING! NO PETS!
There is a 3% Credit Card fee that will be deducted from deposit at end of rental before deposit returned.

Tranquil property, beautiful lake views. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a long weekend stay. Close enough to Clemson and Greenville. would love to take advantage of the dock in warmer months.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The star of the show was the property with its scenic views and proximity to Lake Keowee. Perfect spot for a long weekend with the family. We would stay again!

We enjoyed it very much. A year ago we sold our house at the Cliffs of Keowee Vinyards so we love Lake Keowee. Your house is about 45 minutes from the golf club so now my husband is thinking about buying on the lake in the Seneca area which is closer to Atlanta and Joe can go to the Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards to play golf.

Very clean and great view and location!
House was clean and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Lake access if a gentle slope and has a nice beach area. There was a lot of parking which was nice, the only thing that I would say is the terrain in the front is on a slight hill and it is very loose gravel. But would definitely rent again!

Perfect home base
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is central to so many activities that we enjoyed including hiking and boating. We loved having our own quiet place to come back to and relax right on the lake. The living room is bigger than the pictures and had plenty of seating. All of the bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.
