The Grand Palace hotel was closed for around one year for a complete refurbishment. It only re-opened in April. The result is very nice hotel indeed which for me is ideally situated very close to Fincantieri where I do business and close to the town. It has an interesting wine bar for a restaurant. The food and wine are excellent and very reasonably price The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The only downside is parking. There is a very small underground car park and the staff will...
