Loved the location near the airport and on the seaplane lake. Big windows on the back of the restaurant and bar to watch the planes take off and land. Close to downtown - use the hotel’s free shuttle to get you there & back! Also free shuttle service to the airport and train depot.

Beautiful location, clean room and helpful staff. I have to mention the Lakefront drivers were extremely helpful with our luggage and boxes of fish we brought home. They put them immediately in Lakefronts freezer and we're so helpful getting them reloaded up for our airport return.

The best thing of this hotel is the restaurant and shuttle services. Hotel staff 👎. Unsafe surroundings at night. Overall, descent place to stay if you are exploring Anchorage and have multiple tours and activities.

The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived much earlier than anticipated and they were able to get us an early check-in. We know thay early check-ins are dependant on several factors so we very much appreciated they were able to accommodate us.

Only negative would be the 945pm closing of the bar - would have liked it to stay open later, especially after being out on tours we wanted to come back to the hotel and have a drink...many people felt the same and were turned away...otherwise great stay!

Today was a different day with the wait staff where I was very critical of the wait staff. We ventured to the hotel restaurant again, today, and the particular female waiter attended to us. She was perfect in every way so I retract my previous comments about the wait staff.

Really nice hotel situated close to the airport yet right on a lake. The sea planes taking off and landing were fun to watch but were a little noisy in the evening but they stopped at around 10pm so it was okay.
