The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. The nature and spice garden were truly amazing. Two suggestions for improvements 1\. Only one downside is that to contact reception from room is a challange. No one responds when you call. 2\. The checkout time is 10:30 am which is too early.
