- Located in town and minutes from Golf Courses, Discovery Ski Basin/Georgetown Lake and Fairmont Hot Springs, Ziplines. The grocery store is within walking distance. A walking trail is two blocks away and will take you through Washoe Park all the way to Old Works Golf Course and beyond. Along the way, you can enjoy the tall trees, beautiful Warm Springs Creek, duck pond, and fish hatchery. Stroll the streets of the downtown area and you are sure to meet some mighty fine shop owners and make a great find. Bike rentals are available at Anaconda Bike Shop on Main Street. Catch a movie at the historic Washoe Theater, and check out Mad Dog Antiques. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The basement is partially finished and includes a bathroom and shower.
