Located in Anacapri, this stunning residence spans two levels and offers breathtaking views of Mount Solaro and the surrounding sea. At the entrance, a welcoming reception awaits you for check-in. The bright living room, furnished with two spacious benches and a 77-inch satellite TV, opens onto a spacious panoramic terrace, perfect for admiring the picturesque surrounding landscape. The dining room, with a large arched window, can accommodate up to ten people and offers enchanting views of the island's vegetation. The fully equipped kitchen is directly connected to the living room, while the "orangerie" offers an immersive experience in the surrounding nature. Each bedroom is a haven of comfort, equipped with a double bed, private bathroom, 44-inch satellite TV, minibar fridge, and all the amenities necessary for an unforgettable stay. The outdoor spaces of Dimora Maiuri l'Olivella are equally captivating, with a garden spanning 2000 square meters adorned with olive trees, carob trees, and holm oaks. The relaxation area includes a solarium equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for enjoying the sun and tranquility, a swimming pool area, a hot tub for five people and a fitness area, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island.   
 To use the pool heating service, a notice of at least 72 hours and the payment of a daily supplement will be required.
