    "The balcony room we booked was uncomfortable with a small hard bed, tv was faulty, reception was rude, balcony was inaccessible as only opened by a few inches and when we complained the staff ignored our complaints and concerns. After the first night there we managed to get a room upgrade after threatening to leave and contacting Expedia. We we lucky as we met 2 other couples and one family who checked out in their first 24 hours. BEWARE!!!! Breakfasts were fine as was the area"

    "I loved my stay here so much I cancelled my stay at another hotel and came back. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are wonderfully helpful and so friendly. Property is relaxed and quiet. Shuttle service to old town runs multiple times a day. Views are great from the river room (havent stayed in other rooms so cant comment). Love the complimentary mini bar items and turn down service. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Food in general was very good. Great price too"
