Dear Mr. Tillier, We are really sorry for your bad experience. While there was a unexpected technical issue (which we managed to solve later that night), we were almost fully booked, so we did not have many rooms left for a room change – this is why our team was struggling to properly allocated you, as you described. Despite the several factors explaining such a bad night, the bottom line is that you had an awful stay and this goes against the very bones of our philosophy. So, first and foremost, we are truly sorry. Although you have already rejected any form of compensation that same evening (and we do understand you do not feel like coming back), we would love if you could give us one last chance. Could you please provide us with your contact details (a phone number and/or an e-mail) so we could get in touch? If you don’t feel like it, we completely understand and wish that our paths may cross someday, when we will surely be able to offer a true Postillion experience.
