We drove from Amsterdam to Cologne, Germany. Great location for one night. We visit cologne cathedral and other places. The next day we drove to our destination of Luxembourg. Stay at the best western on victor huge. Highly recommend.

This hotel is an excellent choice for guests traveling with a rental car. One of the biggest advantages is the free parking, which made our stay much more convenient and cost-effective. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone driving or using a rental car. The combination of free parking, great breakfast, and comfortable accommodations made for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was used as an overnight stay. The room was good as was the facilities . The bed however was very hard. The hotel shuttle worked well and was E6 per person to return to the airport

Front desk staff were great. No free bottles of water in room or tissue/kleenex papers so had to use toilet paper. Room cleaning was pretty much just making the bed and new towels. Floor was not touched and no extra rolls of toilet paper added (only one used roll on hook). Cost of 6€ for shuttle to train station was a bit expensive.

A short 20 minutes from Schiphol airport, the shuttle bus is free from the airport and 6€ each to the airport, well worth the cost, excellent room, well appointed, great shower after a trip. Plenty of car spaces.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was free but 6 or 8 dollars to go back. It is also out in middle nowhere in a hotel complex so options are leaving our greatly reduced period

Definitely a remote location with no easy transport options. You can pay 6 Euros per PERSON for a shuttle to train station or airport. Breakfast was 22 Euros each, so we skipped it. They did store our bags before we checked in and that was a good value, but it costs $$ to get out there. The pillows are awful. I'm not sure how that happened. Other details are pretty nice, including a kettle. Decor is a nice color scheme, it's tasteful. The staff varied from very helpful and kind to pretty indifferent and impatient.

My room did not get cleaned in 2 days. I went to the desk to complain after the first day and asked for more towels. Never received the towels or the room was never cleaned. Asked for refund for buffet I prepaid for on the 15th & also the 18th because we left too early and breakfast wasn't out. The buffet was terrible, food was old and tough and not warm at all. This is a terrible place to stay. I'm prior military and traveled all around the world. This has to be on the lists of places I would never visit again and I pulls recommend staying elsewhere!

Pros So the actual property is great, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However that's about it. Cons Unless you are coming for business within the Hoofdorp area or during the tulip season this hotel is very far from everything almost in the middle of nowhere. It's about 45-60mins via Uber to the station then the train to get to Amsterdam central. There is a shuttle that you have to pay for to leave the hotel but it's free to return with it at the designated locations.... We would have waited for the shuttle at the times given even waiting 10 to 20mins more to get back to the hotel multiple times and it never showed. We ended up using Uber as it was more reliable which ended up being very expensive for our 6 day stay to and from the station. Breakfast - is the same exact thing over and over. Imagine eating the same thing for 6 days in a row. It's very basic and nothing unique or original. Dinner - the restaurant kitchen closes promptly at 10pm. Because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no food places in walking distance we had to order pizza or something else. The menu for dinner is also very basic. Overall it was a good stay but was disappointed in the food and location.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly because of how my concerns were handled by the front desk. When I arrived, I was told that a room was available for early check-in but would cost €10 per hour. This was not mentioned on the booking page, so I declined and expressed my frustration. To be clear, I am not referring to the additional €7 charge, which I was aware of and had no issue with. After I complained, another receptionist said I could check in without any additional cost. I checked in at around 1:22pm and turned on the AC because the room was very hot. It did not appear to work, but I assumed it needed time. When I returned around 5pm, the room was even hotter, so I contacted reception. The female receptionist responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, saying they did not have enough staff and essentially asking what I expected them to do. I did not argue. Later, a member of staff came with a fan and said the AC could not be fixed and that I could not be moved because the hotel was fully booked. Interestingly, when I checked the hotel’s availability myself, double rooms were still available for that night, which made this explanation difficult to understand. I also found very long hairs in my towels and bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Technical problems can happen, but the way this situation was handled and the attitude of the staff were unacceptable. I have never experienced this.

Hey blijft apart om in Nederland niet aangesproken te worden in het Nederlands. Daarnaast was de receptiemedewerkster niet heel enthousiast en was ze volgens mij liever niet aanwezig. Op de kamer laten de gordijnen licht door van de lampen die vast zitten aan het balkon. De airco werkte totaal niet waardoor de kamer vrij warm bleef en een raam openzetten kan niet. Niet echt voor herhaling vatbaar
