I personally loved the location. It wasn’t too far away from the city center (25 min walk). The area was quiet and along the trolley line if needed. The room itself was clean and perfectly fine

Excellent location and excellent services very close to the heart of Amsterdam. They offer free coffee and water (unlike many other hotels in the area). They also have an underground parking structure (€40 per day) that requires access via a scanned QR code, so you need cell phone internet connection if you’re visiting from a non-European country. Rooms are super clean, staff are very friendly. Walkable area but watch for the bikes.

Room was just ok, bed mattresses not very comfy and in our room was noisy because of windows that was next to street( literally you could hear what people speak on street). What I liked was the breakfast, the same menu everyday but was good.

Amazing location and staff is super friendly and generous. Our main issue was the room itself. There was very little storage space (no shelves, no bedside tables, our clothes had to stay in our suitcases). The bathroom also lacked basic hooks or hangers (nowhere to hang a towel). In addition, the lighting was very dim and overly orange, which made the room feel dark and uncomfortable after sunset. In summary, great location and service, but uncomfortable room.

Proximity to tram stop was good with decent food options around. The room was much smaller than expected. We requested a twin room but was given a room with 2 twins pushed together to make a double bed. We had to rearrange the room in order to fit our suitcases - Not the end of the world but was annoying after a long travel day. the shower had no curtain, water flooded after each shower (2 people in room). Due to size and layout of the bathroom, electrical outlets and the hairdryer got saturated during showers therefore could not be used. I was concerned about the safety of this layout and observed significant rust on the hairdryer. Was also surprised to find the balcony was shared, separated by basic chest-height wooden gates that could be easily opened by either side . Again, not the end of the world and we had no issues but did reduce the overall sense of security especially when we wanted to let some fresh air in via the balcony door.
