"This is a classic hotel proud of its history and traditions, but with clean, functional rooms, good breakfast, and modern amenities. Was here for a conference and the conference facilities were excellent. Great walking neighborhoods around the hotel."

"My husband and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful and clean hotel! When we arrived they immediately assisted us with our luggage and offered us fresh cucumber water and a shot of tequila. They informed us on hotel amenities and concierge services.The following day we came back to our hotel room after a long day of sightseeing and to our surprise we had a note from Fernanda, roses, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary! Who does that? Lovely surprise!From the minute we arrived it was a wonderful experience! All of their staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and housekeeping team kept our room organized.They also have a 24 hour cafe that offers a variety of items including beer, a breakfast buffet that offers many delicious options like chilaquiles,pancakes and fresh fruit! We also took a tour that was offered with our stay.Then on our last day Albert “El Capitan” sent us two mimosas with our friendly waiter Esteban. The reason why I mention this is because they knew it was our last day which we did not mention, that meant they communicate with each other to create memorable experiences for their guests! Even without all of those extra perks that make this hotel amazing I would recommend staying here because they have a professional staff throughout the hotel who are always ready to assist and make your stay memorable! I wish I could remember all the names of the wonderful staff so I could thank them by name.I can’t wait to return!"
