"Had a great stay last weekend! The staff was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. The room was comfortable but the hotel is a bit outdated and run down. The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. Overall it was a fine stay and the location was specifically what I needed but there are nicer hotels for the same cost in the area."

Throughout my visit, the elevator was out of service and the buffet service did not meet the expected minimum standards. The most serious thing was the attention of the staff, who were indifferent to our complaints. I request a review of my case, since the service received does not match what was advertised or what I have paid for.""

"Check in was great until I was told I had to pay for parking but confirmed with other friends that stood there they were not charged. i have been to this location several times and never had to pay. Bunch of smokers on the property. Major concern the cleanliness of the room unacceptable. The room appeared outdated and poorly maintained, with yellowing walls and visible signs of deterioration, i found public hairs on both my sheets & towels. I stayed for a week thinking the replacement sheets and towels would be cleaner and the same issue. I usually do not leave negative feed back but was so unhappy especially traveling from Florida just wanted to relax. "

"This property was beautiful, the room clean and tasteful. Pleasant staff, helpful and it was very quiet at night. They did miss my wake up call, which was the only negative. I would definitely stay at this property again."
