This apartment is a luxurious and spacious duplex situated on the ground and first floor with a clear, panoramic view of Amfilochia. The first floor consists of the master bedroom with its own private bathroom as well as the open space of the kitchen, dining area, living room, guest bathroom and patio/balcony. The ground floor hosts the other two bedrooms and a common bathroom with a shower, as well as a second smaller balcony to enjoy the view. Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the entire apartment, while the property is fully equipped with amenities to guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay. Coffee and cookies/sweets are a welcome treat and on the house. Supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants are less than 500m away from the accommodation.
