"Our nearly 2 week stay in this apartment was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and appointed wonderfully. the location was perfect and the town and people were everything we hoped for when we booked this dream trip. we explored every nook and cranny of Spoleto and cant wait to come back again. There are steps but we used them to brush up on our Italian numbers :) you would be hard pressed to find another apartment at this price that's been restored as this one... Thanks Denis and Enrico."

The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). "My sister, husband and I stayed for a week in October and is was perfect. The location in Todi was very convenient as a home base for exploring Umbria. The accommodations were very comfortable. They were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The property is stunningly landscaped with breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside, a beautiful pool to enjoy, and very close to town. Adele, our host, could not have been better. She was very helpful with information...

"Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie also gave us easy-to-follow directions to get to the apartment. Valerie provided plenty of towels, clothes detergent, dish soap. The apartment is in a great location. Also, easy to get to the tourist information office which was always open when we needed it."

Wonderful views, lots of interesting books (!) well organized kitchen, good sound proofed windows for those early morning Vespas. Simona was friendly and accommodating. Ed il posto è incantevole: circondata da ulivi e verde. Bellissimo il porticato. Abbiamo apprezzato il camino (con legna a disposizione) che ha reso davvero piacevoli le nostre serate.
