The entire property consists of two non-connecting apartments, one above the other. On the upper floor (with air conditioning) there are: a master bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a furnished terrace. The lower level consists of: a master bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a porch.
