It consists of completely renovated rooms, with fresh and practical furnishings: living/dining room with equipped kitchen, oven, fridge and dining table, sofa, TV. 1 double bedroom; bathroom (sink/bidet/wc) with shower; shared washing machine with La Casa di Nina apartment. Maximum number of people: 3 (double bed + single sofa bed). I'm Basilia, the owner of the apartment you've reserved. I'm happy to welcome you to my home! To better welcome you, I'd like some information from you: 1\. What time do you plan to arrive? 2\. Are you coming by car? I'd appreciate it if you let me know what time you'll be arriving and if you need a parking space. In that case, you'll need paid parking, which must be reserved; you can inquire about this (price on request). Please note that check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please let me know. After that time and until midnight, a 40.00 late fee will be charged. Check-in is not possible after midnight. (For any exceptions made by telephone or email with the property, a 50.00 surcharge applies.) Please note that check-out is before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the apartment for incoming guests. Please adhere to these times and communicate your departure time to facilitate check-out.
