I do wish it stated in the listing prior to booking that it was a split level house and that we'd be staying ontop of someone who lives there. We saw it was a split in the detailed instructions we got AFTER booking. Although we had our own entrance, we utilized the same parking space and it kept us a bit on edge about how much noise we were making with the toddlers we had as part of our group. "

"Nice property in an area that is crazy expensive. The hosts are warm and wonderful. We were there on a cold rainy summer weekend, and I was uncomfortable with the cold air that was fan-fed through vents throughout the house. Also had minor problems with the television in our room, and the darkness in the closed (no light). Breakfasts on both mornings were excellent. I expect that a sunny warm day would have been quite a different experience. "
