"Lovely spacious clean cottage, very well equipped. Owners were attentive nice people. Summer or winter very comfortable place to be. Good position for visiting lot's of places. Lovely patio to sit in looking out towards the cattle in the fields, watching sunset or rise! We would definitely stay again. Thank you."

"This is a fantastic property in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes drive from Wakefield and about 30 minutes from York or Harrogate. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Clean and modern inside ample parking and great views."

"Very well equipped and tastefully decorated cottage with amazing views over the reservoir and Holme valley. Local walks and places to eat are convenient. Only one thing wasn’t quite perfect. The key safe is near the ground and hard to access for those of us who aren’t as mobile as we used to be. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay."

"Parking was an issue we were sent an image a few days before our trip with parking area circled however when we arrived there was no room we were then informed that it was not designated parking for the cottage also no microwave which of course would have been helpful otherwise nice and clean and comfy beds"

"We spent a week at Law Brook Farm Cottage and we had a lovely stay. The views across Yorkshire from the main window are amazing. The cottage is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We were staying over Christmas so visiting family on most of the days but able to spend a couple of evenings in the cottage.
