"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good & service also. However, the cleaning products used by the hotel had an overpowering, pervasive perfumey smell that was awful. And altho the hotel was almost empty, they put all 3 of our rooms facing the very busy, very noisy (all night) Main Street. It was only for 2 nights, so we didn’t ask to change it, but if going again, I’d definitely request otherwise. "

Overall very nice, relaxing and beautiful up there. Comfort, cleanliness and neighbourhood of hotel is great. Service was overall great, but they forgot to leave us towels (took the old ones, though, but didn't replace them), when doing the room, which shouldn't happen in a hotel of that stature and ranking, I suppose. The location is absolutely great if you deliberately want to go to a quiet, off the beaten track and rural one, but may not be for everyone, by far. Amenities could be better,...

I had a lovely stay here, the hotel was great, offering a breathtaking view to the sea of Galilee. All staff were wonderful and welcoming, the lady reception manager was most helpful in providing assistance as I needed a taxi upon my departure/checkout. All other reception staff were wonderful too. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were fantastic, very helpful and always had a smile 😁 All other staff members from other departments I had some across were also wonderful too 🙂 I would...
