A truly unique property, this fully updated 1920s colonial home stands out against its surroundings in a way that is both impressive and welcoming. While the 1-acre oversized lot establishes some separation from the outside world, the central location with easy access to shopping, local colleges, and downtown STL is ideal. The space: The Elm Street Escape is a beautiful house built in the 1930s, and perfectly updated through the years. Original pocket doors throughout the living and dining rooms, granite counters and new appliances in the kitchen, and a beautiful master bath with dual shower head and rainfall shower. The option for a 4th bed is available upon request with the use of the pullout couch located in the living room.
