"2 families stayed whilst visiting Alton Towers. We couldn’t have stayed any closer, The Old Barn literally on the doorstep. The property have a very homely feel which made relaxing easy. "Arrived late for one night stay following a wedding so didn’t use any of the amenities or restaurant. Bed was really comfortable, we could control our own heating or air conditioning via a remote which was great as we hate it when these are controlled centrally. Room had tea/coffee tray, hairdryer and spare pillows and there is shampoo, shower gel and hand wash in the bathroom. Bathroom was a little tired, plastic shower head and fittings, and the bath panel and bottom of the door had paint missing which made them look tatty. Comfortable stay and we would stay here again when visiting the area."
