Just 3 km from the center of Altea and all its services, with direct access to the free AP7 motorway, connecting you quickly to the main nearby cities.



    This is a two-story penthouse apartment with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, one en suite, all with showers. Two bedrooms have double beds (one with a crib), and the third bedroom has two single beds, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The apartment features Smart TV, air conditioning, and heating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dryer, and more, so you feel at home. There are two spacious terraces, one a solarium, both furnished. From the terraces, enjoy beautiful views of the sea, the large pool, and the gardens.



    The apartment is prepared to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Wi-Fi and a parking space are included.
