The decor was a bit dated but everything worked fine. "Been driving? Need a no frills place to crash? This meets all of your needs and none you don’t. The front side of the property has had its rooms redone. They are clean, smoke smell free, quiet and comfortable but no frills. Oh and good shower! If you accidentally go to the back side well, there are unnumbered rooms, some rooms with open doors (but no obvious occupants). I’ll assume they are upgrading the rooms as they can. All in all a good value for the basics. "

"Staff was very nice and understanding, I lock myself out of the room 5 minutes into my stay. lol It was just an overnight stay, but very pleasant, room was clean with a microwave and a large refrigerator, not a camping size. Love their pet policy. Will stay again!"

"The house is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We loved our stay last year, so we came back again. David is very friendly and is quick to answer questions. We love the sandy beach spot for the kids to play and the kayaks that are available. The only bummer this year was after we saw a couple water snakes a couple times, the kids didn’t want to play on the beach area anymore."
