Room was filthy. Sheets smelled bad, shower stank like they hadn’t cleaned it in months.
Staff were very unhelpful during check in. No problem solving skills, no desire to help customers. If the manager wasn’t around to step in and help, it would have been a very bad situation. Manager was helpful.

"The water pressure could be better, besides that great place to stay everything near by Carmel is only a 10 minute drive, the aquarium is only a 7 minute drive. Really nice location wise. Beds are comfortable. Would stay again."
