"This is my preferred hotel in the Alsace. I have stayed here several times. Rooms 105 and 108 overlook the villages church. Rooms 116 (perfect for 3) or 117 overlook the vineyards and Chateau Haute Koenigsburg. The service is impecable. I can walk to the town’s restaurants through the hotel’s garden. "

"Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. "I booked the hotel whilst driving back from Italy to England, so literally half an hour before I arrived. At reception I asked for a table in the restaurant for that evening and was told it was fully booked, it was empty!
