spa amenities because it was fully booked. I paid for breakfast for my whole stay and it was buffet style from 6-10 we went to enjoy breakfast and my daughter forgot that she wanted an apple. She went back down to grab one sense it was still breakfast hours and was told she could not. The wifi was very spotty. Outside of that. spa by Clarins definitely worth the visit (we spent three days there!). Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would stay at this hotel if we really visit Colmar again! The only issue is lack of restaurant or in room dining service in the hotel during summer time. But there are lots of dining options around the area. "

"We had an excellent stay. Room was spacious and clean, kitchenette was quite useful when traveling with a 1 year old. Swimming pool is small but nice and not busy. Reception was friendly and helpful.
One suggestion would be to equip the kitchenette with some essentials like washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc. which we had to buy and leave behind."

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "
