Absolutely wonderful hotel. The best hotel I've been to in France! They literally thought of every little detail, from chocolates and small towelling robes for the kids and special toiletries for them; to solar eclipse glasses on solar eclipse day. Amazing!
Lots of bottles of water provided, everything superb quality and very pleasant and helpful staff. Immaculately clean and a high level of luxury. And real functioning air conditioning, which is rare in France! 😀😀😀

A lovely place to have an overnight, really unique. We loved staying here, the standard of the accommodation exceeded all our expectations, it was cosy, warm, spacious and super clean.

Really super stay, so comfortable and warm. Large room with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle- such a bonus. Lovely view of the pretty street. Can drive along to drop luggage and free street parking around the town. Very historic atmosphere. Super breakfast with loads baked goods. Would happily stay again.

Wow what an amazing place, with beautiful views over the vineyard
The room was stunning with a very large roof terrace - we had the honeymoon suite which was beautiful.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, however they were so helpful in finding us somewhere to eat, which was an amazing French Bistro a short uber ride away, which they arranged for us
The wine selection is fantastic with the staff taking time to discuss what we liked and didn’t like.

The hotel locates exactly at the core of Eguisheim, which is the cutest village that you should never miss. I was sick on that day, the reception took the initiative to ask the cleaning to do our room first, and let us check in earlier. The room is super cosy, clean, nicely decorated and spacious. You have everything you need, including the information booklet, all the table set and equipment for cooking, and a laundry room with washing pods and dryer. The breakfast is the best among all the...
