"You just couldn’t be more central in Mulhouse. Nicely appointed hotel. Just one gripe from me. On the hottest nights of the year (around 29C) the air conditioning was not up to scratch in my room. I reported the issue and hopefully subsequent guests will be better catered for. "

"If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a convenient location, just steps from the train station, and within easy walking distance to all the sights. I must commend two employees for their superior customer service. Both Amélie and Anna went out of their way to make our stay special. Amélie called a restaurant and made reservations for dinner on our first night! And Anna recommended a place to eat a yummy local dish on another night. They didn’t need to do any of that, but they were so helpful to us. I highly recommend this hotel. Don’t hesitate to book it. "We absolutely adored this hotel. Our suite room was huge with plenty of windows overlooking the train station square. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The building had old-world European charm with modern amenities. Our bathroom was huge and clean. Our only negative observation is that the mattresses on the beds were too firm."
