The gated urbanization with private street and private tropical garden is a real hideaway. The townhouses in andalusian style have sea and mountain views as well as on the city center and a famous view point Penon del Santo. The shared garden area surrounds a picturesque lakeshaped pool. The apartment is located in the middle of the residencial area Arroyo Marinos, partial on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a large, open terrace connected with salon and kitchen. There is also a second semi-patio terrace. Ground floor host also a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a large balcony and a second bathroom. The living room with dining area, equipped with TV, a desk for work, sofa-bed (sleeps 2 additional persons if required). A parking place is just at the door, under the terrace.
