Above Burriana we find this very generous apartment in the Capistrano Playa area.  
With a terrace you can look out over the area, beach and sea.  
There is plenty of room for a coffee in the sun or a barbecue evening with the family.  
The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen with open plan living room. Bathroom and toilet.  
Wifi is included and you have the opportunity to park your car under roof a few minutes from the home. In the area there is also a communal pool with easier kiosk.

#### Poor quality rental property

Photos are misleading - there are no sunloungers on terrace; BBQ is rusted and is not able to be cooked on; wooden sun-warped storage box full of children’s old water inflatables; beach chairs are old and rusted - probably not safe to sit on; primary bathroom is old and dirty; double bedroom has cracks on walls and lots of water damage; wardrobes are full of private items; second bedroom has dirty walls and over 50books on top of units; no wardrobe only a hanging rail for clothes; shower room is very small and floods very quickly; bed linen and towels throughout are old, washed out and not matching. Poor lighting in both bedrooms and there is no full length mirror anywhere. Overpriced for what it is!!!!

Wir waren bereits 2019 in dieser Anlage und waren von der Lage und der Anlage an sich total begeistert. Leider war dieses Appartement ein totaler Reinfall. Die Terrasse war dreckig, es gab entgegen der Bilder keine Liegestühle, sondern nur verrostete Klappstühe. Es gab kein einziges Bild entgegen der Anzeige bei FeWo. Die Bäder waren beide dreckig und die Fenster komplett verrostet. Wir haben dem Hausverwalter direkt geschrieben, er hat uns nach mehreren Nachrichten eine Entschädigung angeboten. Auf diese warten wir bisher noch… sehr schade, da die Anlage selbst wirklich traumhaft ist.
