Place was great, all staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. The mini fridge was handy. Dinner and breakfast buffets were very reasonably priced and was good eating/drinking. Plenty of parking was available, and not too tight.

Great stay

Our stay was the third this year at an Ohtels hotel , it was overall a very enjoyable stay, the room was very spacious and the view was 1st class, my only criticism being the pool area not opening until 11am, also the dining room not opening until 8pm, other than that couldn't fault it,

The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria.

The Hotel was ok! The location was nothing special, the air conditioning did not work, we requested for help and the staff offered us the amazing option to open de window with a nice construction in front of the Hotel!

Very big hotel. With lots of activities. What’s disappointing is the fees for adding a person to the room. It’s very expensive and if you ask any amenities that are not in the room, there is a charge. Not happy with that.

En general la estancia estuvo bien, aunque hubo ciertas cosas que cambiaría. Los colchones nada cómodos son de muelles y almohadas demasiado finas, la limpieza es aceptable pero nos dejó perplejos que mi hija tiró una noche el zumo en el borde de la cama, lo limpié como pude y por la mañana hicieron las camas sin cambiar las sábanas. En cuanto a la comida, mucha cantidad pero poca variedad, además la mesa del centro tenía muchísimo polvo, los platos estaban bastante sucios,creo le dan un agua y listo porque en muchos había restos de comida y los ventanales cuando se empañaban de limpios poco, una balleta que le pasen y listo, eso sí los camareros que atendían en la mesa de maravilla. En cuanto a las piscinas,nada del otro mundo, la mejor la de los niños, pero el suelo escurre y una alfombra roja en la subida a uno de ellos horrible, no quiero pensar en los hongos que eso puede dar y la subida al tobogán asquerosos los laterales, no creo que se haya limpiado en años, una limpieza con la kartcher y como nuevos. De los socorristas destacar de 3 socorristas,solamente uno de ellos se sentó en la zona de césped, estuvo muy atento, ALI LORENZO,le felicitamos por ello y le dijimos que pondríamos una reseña a su favor. Por último, la animación muy floja, los juegos repetitivos y cortos apenas 30 minutos, y la chica que hablaba inglés un despropósito, con prepararse 4 frases no se hubiese notado, pero ni eso y otra chica muy jovencita delgadita parecía enfada y sin ganas. No volveremos

La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y eran amplios. La piscina tenía el agua bastante caliente, supongo que por el calor, y también estaba limpia, tanto dentro como fuera en el recinto. El personal del hotel muy amable (recepcionistas, camareros, cocineros, limpiadores y resto de personal). La comida variada y buena, con chef en vivo para algunos platos. El personal lo mantiene bien, es buen hotel, pero sí le hace falta una mano de pintura (sobre todo por fuera) y algo de actualización (más que nada en decoración). No necesitas pagar aparcamiento pues hay una explanada grande al lado. No está lejos de la playa, aunque tampoco pegado.

La comida ha sido todos los días la misma, pizza, espaguetis, macarrones, bacon, patatas fritas y a la plancha cerdo en todas su versiones. La bebida te la servían cuando ya habías terminado de comer, la habitación sucia, no limpiaban la bañera, no tuvieron con nosotros el detalle de corderos a pesar de tener una júnior suite porque según el recepcionista yo no cumplía los requisitos. Le pregunté cuáles eran y evidentemente se los desmonté todos porque uno de ellos era que no había reservado directamente con ellos cuando nosotros llamamos directamente al hotel para preguntar esta cuestión y nos dijeron que las habitaciones familiares no las gestionaban ellos directamente, que tenía que hacer la reserva a traves de hoteles.com, booking, etc. Es la primera vez en muchos años que no me da pena volver a casa. No repetiré con esta cadena

Habitación limpia, aunq el colchón de muelles, era bastante incómodo. Buffet con buena comida, mejoraría la limpieza de platos, cubiertos y copas/vasos. Un diez al personal, agradable y servicial. Equipo de animación magnífico. Lo que menos nos ha gustado son los alrededores del hotel, no hay apenas nada, la playa, tampoco vale mucho la pena la verdad.

Trinkwasser im Zimmer wäre toll. Es steht nirgends wenn man das Auto in der Anlage parken möchte das es seperat pro Tag 15€ bezahlt werden muss. Neben der Anlage sind aber viele freie Parkplätze.
