Mercure Almaty City Center
The hotel is average, they refused to give me additional towels, saying I can only have one and when it is used then I can request another. Which is bizarre!! Breakfast is below poor, the scrambled eggs where ice cold (not even lukewarm) bread stale and hard like rocks, I asked for sunny side up, ...
