"The location was really convenient - outside of the town center which is actually a plus because the roads are easier to navigate with luggage. But also super close to the town center so you can literally get anywhere you want in Aix by foot within 5-15 minutes depending on where you want to go. Staffs were awesome and the entire hotel is very charming and had a friendly vibe. The only thing I would suggest the hotel improve are some missing points on the amenities. It would be really helpful to have a mini fridge in room. That strikes me as a very easy thing to add especially given how hot it gets in the summer in the area. There also were no tissue papers in the room which again is a very easy thing to fix but would make guests' life much much easier."

"Easy, (touch the button at the hotel pickup site) free shuttle to and from the airport. I’m a solo traveler and felt very safe. Room was clean and had a view of the water. Being alone, I didn’t like the dark hallways, but I understand it’s common here. Nice breakfast with plenty to choose from and great front desk staff. I would stay again if I returned to Marseille!"

"This is a lovely hotel in the middle of town and walkable to everything. The staff is beyond wonderful and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality. The robe and slippers were so nice. I highly recommend staying."
