Great apartment in central location. Very clean and comfortable. Quite large apartment - we only stayed for one night and wish we stayed longer. Close to town center. Parking cost extra but worth it as car stays in underground parking while you can easily walk everywhere.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Check-in was not a minute before 1600! lol. They only clean once a week, otherwise you have to pay for it - 10€. Rooms are small but nice. A/C doesn’t reach the bed, but is cold at the little table that it aims right at. I would stay here again for short periods. Breakfast is 18€, which seems high compared to pricier hotels in the area at 10€. I chose to eat out in town. Very conveniently located and walkable to everything good. Bar/restaurant directly across the street. Two grocery stores within the block.

Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room, but some areas looking tired (kitchen tap and loo seat both wobbly, door runner loose, fascia missing from fridge). Great location for accessing the old town, very quiet and felt safe as a solo traveller.

Comfortable stay

The hotel room was clean and had very comfortable beds. There was a bit of confusion with the check in, as a new staff member gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned. This was quickly resolved and we were given a bigger room. Points which could be addressed, make sure towels, etc for a third guest are provided and supply tea towels and washing liquid for cleaning dishes in the kitchenette.

Greta location. The room was quite large and offered all you could need for an apartment -like stay fro a few days. The location was great and was only about a block away from the amazing city center of Aix.

We were only looking for a place to spend a night so this place sufficed, but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer. Our unit was quite dirty, especially the bath, and the entire unit had an odour that was difficult to deal with. We stayed on the apartment side so maybe the hotel side was better?

The front deck was very helpful, helped me with my baggage and to change room. The windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see out and new room windows extremely clean however lots of acclumalated dust on bathroom pipes. Other wise clean an efficient kitchen

This has been the worst place I have ever stayed the Ethan being in a 3rd country! I had to change apartments because the first one was leaking water from the sink. The place was very dirty. The 2nd studio was better but also dirty! There was no air conditioning and I asked for a fan. I had to bring the fan up by myself. No one helped me. The staff at the desk were accommodating. That was the only saving grace! How can Expedia showcase a place like this?
