"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

Receptionists fluent in English. Bottle of water each day and silent fridge. Parking outside but there is a charge, and hotel is right on the edge of the central park Window rattled when on latch and building site over the road started at 7.30am so disturbed sleep but not the hotels fault. At first we we highly irritated by the malfunctioning elevator and shabby entrance, but then found the rooms to be lovely, modern and clean and also enjoyed the breakfast in the breakfast area the next morning. "Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests. To be fair, there was always some wellness program which I did not participate as well as special evening dinner events."
