Great value

If you are looking for a hotel directly in Portimao (rather than near the beach), there are not many options. Made Inn hotel is close to both, train and bus stations, and also close to all amenities, shops, shopping centres etc. Simple decor, but clean and very nice and helpful staff.

Great value for money

Returning customer here. Made Inn stays my No 1 choice in Portimao. It is close to both, train and bus stations, all the shops and restaurants. It is always spotless clean and the staff is very helpful. If you are looking for super comfort, this may not be for you. But if you need a clean and safe place from where you can easily move around the Western Algarve without a car, this is your place.

HOTEL IS NOT NEAR THE BEACH!

Hotels.com advertisement is MISLEADING. Has photo like hotel is near the beach. The hotel IS NOT near the beach but a 40 MINUTE walk away. When I brought this to clerk’s attention. She stated I could walk 40 minutes or take 33 bus. Service overall was okay. Room was okay. BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT!

Nice simple hotel

Basic hotel, but very clean and spacious room. Was on top floor, had a nice big double, big bathroom and nice and quiet. A bit far from the beach but a walk there and taxi back was super easy and cheap.
