"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"All was fine and we enjoyed our short stay a lot"

"Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. "We had no idea what a wonderful and peaceful place this vrbo was. We especially loved all the farm animals! Thanks for a great stay."

Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. One item we certainly could have used was beach...

"We loved every minute of our stay here. It was beautiful and super clean. Great location and beautiful pool."

"+ This Finca had everything you need. We were suprised by the completeness of the house and kitchen. A room with games to play and a Pingpong table outside was very nice and the Pool was clean. It is a quiet location and when you have a rental car it is a perfect location. - The road from the mainroad to the finca was very poor."

"Pros: The house has a wonderful very private pool and garden area. Even nicer than on the pictures I travelled with my dog and it was fantastic and very uncomplicated. Joan was a great host, who always answered quickly when there was a question Thank you for the great mallorquinean wine"

"We were there for cycling and the location was perfect in terms of proximity to all cycling routes! We spent wonderful evenings in the garden and grilled every day, which was highlight of our trip:D the pool is suitable for chilling, not swimming."
