  • Year round wonderful cottage on spring fed, sandy bottom pond in Southern Maine. Wadleigh pond offers 298 acres for you to enjoy all year! Tastefully redone. Sunroom couch pulls out to sleeper sofa and a private bedroom ( small) with full bed.- Cottage will accommodate up to 4 guest- 2 comfortably. All new furniture- tasteful décor- The living spaces are surrounded by windows featuring beautiful water views. . Comes with everything needed to enjoy your stay: Dock, swim raft, john boat , 2 kayaks and Canoe, for your use. Outside dining space, grill, and campfire to make memories at this cozy retreat. Swimming is made easy with level water frontage access. Lots of privacy & room for parking and outdoor activities. fire pit and corn hole games on site. home is one bedroom with kitchen and bath and living room. Close drive to Kennebunkport, wells , Portland - beaches , shopping and restaurants- makes a great day trips. Close to Bentley's in Arundel- !
