Portion of home located in fresh and airy local. All the windows are equipped with protective barriers and efficient mosquito nets to allow the rooms to be aired at any time, day and night. The entrance door is also equipped with a door with insect mesh. THE APARTMENT IS FITTED WITH ALARM SYSTEM. The recently refurbished environment is FULLY FURNISHED, with new furniture. It is ideal for the couple; Recommended for families with 2 or 3 children (there is space and possibility to accommodate up to 5 people) or for friends / friends who have no difficulty sharing the spaces. It consists of a LIVING ROOM with DINING AREA and KITCHENING ANGLE. The KITCHEN is with oak doors, finished in cream color. The rectangular TABLE can accommodate up to 6 people and is served by a spacious CONTROMOBILE. The seats are finished in moka-colored leather. The large red sofa of the living room can be transformed into a comfortable double bed and is served by ARMADIO with exclusive wall, indispensable for clothes and also for storing the luggage in an orderly manner. The comfortable and sophisticated DOUBLE BED ROOM is furnished with an elegant wrought iron bed, finished with cream-colored lacquer and gold; Has padded headboard and finished in eco-leather. The large and elegant pouf, red, if needed, can be converted into a comfortable bed. The elegant and large double-wing ARMADIO is ivory-lacquered. They complete the two COMODINI 'SHABBY' furniture and two abat jours. The bathroom is large, complete with all the accessories and with a large and comfortable shower box. They complete the bathroom: an elegant wooden cabinet, with 6 wooden and wicker drawers, stuffed with cloth, to store their bath effects. Another convenient, space for storing objects is placed under the washbasin. The apartment has TV in the living area, fridge, oven and hob with extractor hood. Non potevamo avere accoglienza migliore! È stata una vacanza molto piacevole e la posizione dell'alloggio è ottima per poter visitare i luoghi più conosciuti del Salento. Michele e Silvia sono delle persone squisite e svolgono la loro attività con passione e dedizione. Questo traspare anche dai loro alloggi, molto armoniosi, curati e con una pulizia impeccabile. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario - anche la rete wifi - addirittura una bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero! (Essendo domenica, sono stati premurosi). Michele ogni giorno ci ha consigliato le spiagge ideali in base alle condizioni meteorologiche, negozi per comprare prodotti locali...ci ha prestato l'ombrellone! Ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa. Quando decideremo di tornare nella terra de "lu sule, lu mare, lu ientu" :) di certo torneremo da voi. Grazie di tutto. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta per girarsi tutto il Salento e stare fuori dalla confusione oppure in 10 minuti si è sotto le mura di Gallipoli per chi ama la movida. Ma il surplus è dato dagli host che vi seguiranno nelle Vs vacanze con consigli utilissimi, soprattutto nella scelta di dove andare a tuffarsi per evitare i marosi. Curato in ogni dettaglio (ci sono le zanzariere in tutte le finestre!), l'appartamento è molto bello e accogliente. I proprietari sono delle persone simpaticissime e disponibilissime. Sin da subito si sono prodigati nel darci indicazioni sia su dove andare a cena sia su dove andare al mare (in base al vento per non trovarlo mosso).
