Dear Familymum We are truly sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction. We are constantly refining the way we do business and that is only possible thanks to candid feedback like yours. Please know that we are listening. Concerning the update you are mentioning please note that we renovated our rooms in 2017 and we are constantly updating different parts of our hotel. Unfortunately this time of the year the whole region has a problem with flies and as we are trying to solve this matter ecological, we apologize if they were so many of them. This problem occurs till 15.-20.6 each year. Concerning the bite of a spider please allow me to inform you that we never had a problem like this. Mosquito bites are very often but not spider bites actually it is the first time I am hearing something like this. As we are in the middle of a green nature we cannot always avoid our small “visitors”.. The indoor pools as stated also in our webpage are part of our famous thalasso wellness spa and that’s why the entrance is only allowed for children older than 16 years old due to safety reasons. We think that with outdoor temperatures around 30 degrees celsius during the time you visited us, one can also use our outdoor kid pool. Thank you for the warm words about our spa staff.
