"This Extended Stay Hotel was quite nice, Comparable to Any Hilton/Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, and Similar Upscale Properties not offering Room Service and the like. The entire Staff, from Management to Front Desk Personnel, Housekeeping & Maintenance were super friendly and professional, Especially Tonja, The Manager onsite. The location, on the South Bank of The St. Johns River in Jacksonville, was mighty convenient to area Attractions, Shopping, Parks & Restaurants. I will highly recommend this property to Anyone who requires & desires the amenities of an extended stay hotel. It's definitely a lot of bang for the buck!"

"This hotel is currently under major construction, and unfortunately that was not disclosed on the website when booking. That was very misleading to guests. The room itself was okay, but it did have a noticeable mildew smell. I do want to recognize the front desk receptionist, who was very polite, professional, and apologetic about the situation and the lack of disclosure. As a guest, I expect better transparency and standards from Marriott, as this is not typically the experience associated with your brand."
