Great hotel

We had a lovely stay in Brig. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the historic sights on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and overall the hotel was a great choice...

Central location on a lovely square . Very Caring staff nothing is too much trouble . Lovely breakfast made fresh for you . Very comfy beds and pillows

Beautiful hotel

A delightful chalet high up from the town with spectacular mountain views and fresh alpine air. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with homemade jams and cake to compliment the croissants and rolls. Local meat and cheese too. We walked down to the town for delicious pizza in the evening.

There is no doubt that the steep, but short climb up to this hotel is utterly worth the view

This is an excellent good value hotel in the town centre about 5 minutes wald from the railway station The room was large and comfortable with an efficient shower and a tv with a massive selection of internation channels from across Europe Breakfast is in a large impre4ssive room and of very good quality, particularly the butter machine which avoids using pre-packed plastic tubs There is a large array of old posters around the entire hotel which hark back to the golden age of travel in this town...

Amazing stay in Grindelwald. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ample - eggs, cereal, fruit and meats and nespresso or filter coffee. If it started even 30 mins earlier would be amazing as need to out early if doing hikes. The door to the left from the lift was amazing for accessing the terminal station but guests can’t enter this way coming back. Very steep climb to the village but the 121 bus from the terminal takes you up there. This ends about...

Excellent location, room and breakfast. Front desk staff specifically Melanie was greta! Only thing about housekeeping, never cleaned any spills or stains on tables or replaced glasses. Else a great stay. Have an excellent spa

This hotel is Swiss utopia!! We had a fantastic room with a large balcony right below the north face of the eiger. Sumptious but contemporary with a great shower. The breakfast was excellent, overflowing with cereals, fresh fruit bread, cheese, cold meat and freshly cooked eggs, bacon and sausages. The views from every aspect of the hotel were spectacular- from our room, the restaurant, the terrace and the outdoor jacuzzi.
