I had what I think is the the cheapest room on offer. It was downstairs but I still had a window that opened onto a courtyard. The staff were very friendly and let me borrow a bike as much as I liked. The room was clean and there was unlimited tea in the common area. One of the lights was broken, but there were more and the shower was great. For the price, I have to give it 5 stars.

Amazing and accommodating staff. Friendly- clean! Expansive breakfast in idyllic garden restaurant. Room beds incredibly comfortable and lots of soothing amenities. Location is secure and conveniently located. Staff went above and beyond to happily respond to several questions and special requests.

Great location- great room; rude staff, v poor communication (took 2 months to reply) v hot rooms with no ac and tiny fan, disruptive building work going on, no daily housekeeping service - we expected far more.
