We had a wonderfull restful few days here. Rachael and her family were very kind and helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure their guests were comfortable and happy. Would definitely recommend a stay here to unwind and relax. The hotel is a little bit 'out of the way' so having a car would have made eating out and exploring the area a little easier but we managed fine with taxis which were cheap and readily available..

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The only problem was our own fault as we hadn't looked into the ease of travelling into lisbon.

Pros 1.Clean room; housekeepers available to clean 2.Very comfortable bed. Holiday inn is one of the chains with the most comfortable beds. I usually don’t sleep well at hotels but at holiday inn and express I always do. 3. Good breakfast selection, Portuguese pastries and bread. Also cereals; eggs 4.Friendly staff, they were happy to help or answer questions when I needed it. Cons The dinner, taking in consideration that Portugal has one of the best gastronomy in Europe I was expecting...

On welcome the staff were brilliant, The area was noteworthy, This place is great as the history makes the hotel richer. You will need to carry luggage up a hill.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable hotel with good facilities. Well presented golf course on undulating land. Would use a buggy when weather is hot but cooler temperatures carrying is good excercise. Breakfast and golf club food were excellent but out of season the main restaurants were not open. Good outside and indoor pools plus relaxation suite. Will return.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend this hotel. Best check in I have experienced in Lisbon. Staff was prompt, friendly and above all very professional. Best pillows in Lisbon Great location

Very thing was good, including, cleaning of the room , toilet, charging of towels on daily bases, breakfast was good. Adding some sauages to the menu would be nice. Just a suggestion. Over all good. We had happy stay

Excellent hotel with private parking and the breakfast was superb with lots of fresh local produce, the room was nice and warm when we arrived and the staff were friendly helpful and also spoke English

Excellent hotel. Easy check in and check out. Very clean. Climate control in bedroom. Staff were all lovely. The roof top terrace is nice in the sun, or take a chair round towards the gym, if you like a bit of shade. Breakfast was fine. Opposite the hotel is the causeway for launching small boats. But if you walk 100M to the left, there's a beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Really friendly and helpful people, both on reception, in the bar/restaurant, and at breakfast. Lovely, clean hotel. The food in the restaurant was excellent too.
