Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and very clean. Good value for money. Beds and rooms were small and breakfast service slow (but we were warned of this beforehand!). We had city view rooms and they were nicer than we expected, as there was a field and partial sea view anyway. There is no air con but good quality fans were provided as standard, as well as a single duvet upon request. A pleasant stay, would recommend it for couples more than friends/family sharing (due to bed size) or to book separate rooms if you need more space.

Friendly staff good choice at breakfast. Ordered hot breakfast from your table which was lovely to be waited on. Room spacious. Hotel handy for walking into town and on the beach. Lovely view of the beech from the hotel room. There was limited parking at the hotel but we got a space each time.

Staff lovely, food great dinner and breakfast, well decorated and comfortable, very dog friendly. Only negative comment was tv bracket placement in room-hardly faced bed😂but we managed!! Room 217. View from room was good across rooftops and fields
