Villa 'Pyp' with Lake View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

  • In Puerto de Alcúdia, the Villa Pyp offers an excellent view of the lake. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

    This vacation rental offers private outdoor spaces including an open terrace, covered terrace, and balcony. Guests can also enjoy a barbecue. In addition, there is access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and outdoor shower.

    The property enjoys an idyllic location, right in front of Lake Esperanza, only 200 meters from the beach and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and public transport links.
