This area is known for its excellent kite surfing and is very popular among surfers. Located a short distance from the ancient walled city of Alcudia, this bright residence is the perfect base for a holiday in northern Mallorca. The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by very well-maintained gardens. There is a secure parking area at the front of the property. The back garden houses a closed swimming pool with a safety fence for the protection of young guests. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Nearby is a brick barbecue in the shade of an old olive tree. The swimming pool is next to a solarium with grassed area furnished with sun loungers. Access to the villa is through a two-storey lobby with a characteristic wall and an open-plan staircase. There is a spacious and airy lounge with double-aspect glass doors providing access to the front and rear terraces. This room, decorated with vibrant colours, features satellite television, WiFi, a large formal dining room and access to the kitchen. The spacious state-of-the-art kitchen features a large island and has glass doors that provide access to the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks nothing. There are three rooms with two beds, one of them with a mural. They are furnished with taste and all have views of the garden. These rooms are served by a high-specification bathroom that features a double walk-in shower. The main suite is impressive. The double bed has views of the sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has double-aspect glass walls that provide access to a balcony. There is an enormous en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. It is dominated by a large sunken bathtub that has views of the sea through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide access to a balcony. IMPORTANT: All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. Youth groups are not accepted. All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment. If you are looking for a calm vacation in a beautiful villa nicely built, with a lots of equipment do not wait and go for this villa. The rental company is Mallorca Charme. They will take care of the booking and check-in. After checking in, they will connect you to the main host. They are very helpful and flexible. Isabel (the main host) is a very nice and friendly person. She is very responsible and super quick to response. In additional to the quick check-in and good support during our stay, she suggested some activities and restaurants in Alcudia that they were all great. The villa is a beautiful building and very well equipped with everything you need (not like those villas equipped with the stuff that was not needed at home anymore). Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren leider nicht so schön bzw. wir hätten es gerne vorher gewusst. Das Leitungswasser im Haus ist Salzwasser. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kamin auf dem Foto ist nicht benutzbar. Leider fehlt ein großer Kochtopf sowie genügend Besteck. Und uns war aus der Beschreibung nicht klar, dass das Badezimmer ohne Abtrennung in den Schlafbereich integriert ist. Und der Meerblick von der Wanne sowie vom Bett ist leider auch nicht vorhanden. Die Objektbeschreibung müsste aktualisiert werden. Ebenso ist die Küstenstraße vor dem Haus leider sehr stark befahren mit Tempo 70\. Aber das waren für uns nur kleine „Einschränkungen“ und wir hatten 14 tolle Tage bei super Wetter für Ende Oktober. ##### Anna F. Die Fotos entsprechen leider überhaupt nicht der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Innenleben stark abgenutzt. Auf dem Tisch waren überall rote Flecken auf dem Bezug und der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft nicht sauber und voll mit Lebensmittelresten. Die Garnituren im Badezimmer waren voller Kalk und die Dichtung der Dusche schon am schimmeln. Man wollte dort garnicht duschen gehen. Das Geschirr dort war ebenfalls stark verrostet und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Ebenfalls roch es im gesamten Haus äußerst unangenehm sodass wir die ersten 2 Tage nur mit Lüften beschäftigt waren. In den Ecken saßen überall Spinnen. Der Service von Mallorca Charmes war sehr gut. La piscine est très bien orientée nous avons pu en profiter tout au long de la journée . Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hat uns mit ihrer lieben Art begeistert. Wir können die Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne selber wieder einmal hier hin zurück. La proximité d’alcudia et de la côte permettent de visiter l’ouest et le nord des baléares.
