  • This is a listed Majorcan-style beach house in Mal Pas (2 km from Alcúdia) on the beach of Sant Pere - with crystal-clear waters - to which it has direct access. It occupies a unique and exclusive position in the bay of Pollença, with breathtaking views to the bay and to the Formentor peninsula.

    The total size of the plot is 2880m2 with a pine forest garden that partially surrounds the house.

    The covered terraces on the ground floor and uncovered terraces on the main floor allow for alternating sea breezes and pleasant sunsets.

    The villa is distributed over two floors and has a built area of 619m2.
