    Charming outdoor area with lush plants, 3m x 3m pool surrounded by 6 comfortable sun loungers where you can tan under the Mallorca sun. Table for 6 people next to the stone barbecue, where you can enjoy outdoor meals at any time thanks to its large extensible awning that will provide shade during the sunniest moments. Thanks to the outdoor shower, you can enjoy showers in the open air.



    Guaranteed comfort thanks to its distribution on a single floor. Large kitchen equipped in detail connected to the outdoor area. Spacious and bright living-dining room where you can enjoy a moment of calm. Bedrooms equipped to guarantee quality rest. One of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom is located next to the living room. The other two bedrooms are located in the hallway next to the large bathroom with shower and the toilet.
